At different times during the estimate process, customers, who are comparing companies, often wonder on many topics. These may include, price, quality, dependability and most importantly fairness. In order to alleviate some of these concerns, I’d like to offer the following information to help in making that decision. The trade of painting was thought to me initially at the age of 16, when my father offered me a position at our local high school. Somehow painting felt natural and luckily I caught on quickly. Without many hopes of becoming a professional painter, I headed off to University to pursue my ultimate goal of a business degree. After four successful years at the Department of Commerce at Dalhousie University, I graduated in 2001. When most others were embarking on a trip abroad to celebrate, I thought of mixing two of my skills and running a small painting outlet for extra money during the summer. Even having to sell the first job traveling on the bus and having no tools, no crew and no vehicle. We've obviously come a long way since this humble beginning. 10 years later, 2 Operating Cities and thousands of gallons of paint, we now boast well over $2,000,000 in sales, and hundreds of satisfied customers, builders and yes, FRIENDS.
Basically, PrimeX is growing quickly to accommodate the needs of the residential and commercial based markets in the Metro Moncton and Calgary area. With Divisions in the Residential Re-paint (both interior and exterior), New Construction and Churches, we serve a large portion of the painting needs of local area people. With a growing work force and new ways of interacting with clients, PrimeX is committed to customer satisfaction.
Needless to say, I believe highly in what my company can offer you. Furthermore, I believe even more in being socially responsible and sharing our ideas with our clients. We don't believe in always making a sale, what we believe in is helping our customers make the best, most educated decision.

When staining, one must be aware of lap marks. These are the dark overlap marks that appear on the surface when you are finished. To avoid this problem, one should paint in a shaded area to avoid sunlight which causes the paint to dry to fast. It is important to keep a wet edge and finish any area that you start An easy trick is to only paint a few vertical or horizontal boards at a time and going from start to finish before commencing on any other areas.
